The towel bars were not screwed in and fell on us. The dining room had multiple spots leaking. The table and chair set shown in the listing was not there; it was an empty room with just the bike. There were also so many ants in the kitchen. Communication was actually quite good from management. But every day we kept waiting for maintenance to come only to be told these were actually known issues. After having to deal with all the water leaks, maintenance in and out, no chairs to sit in etc, we finally asked Airbnb to step in and was able to relocate to another place. It was 7 days of total disappointment for our 6 people reunion." (4/5)
