Back at the condo, soft natural light filters through large sliding doors, and a partial ocean view sets a relaxed coastal tone throughout the space. The open layout makes it easy to settle in, whether you’re easing into the day with coffee on the balcony or winding down after time by the water.

The living area is bright and comfortable, with ample seating and a layout that invites conversation or quiet evenings in. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or enjoy the high-speed WiFi if you need to stay connected. The seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and balcony creates a sense of openness, while central air conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable year-round.

Important Notice: Please be advised that the building's elevator will undergo a scheduled modernization project beginning July 20. During this time, the elevator will be completely out of service for approximately three weeks.
