Framed by desert mountains and minutes from Catalina State Park, days here begin with quiet coffee among cactus gardens and end with stargazing in a private, fully enclosed estate Set in Oro Valley near the Tortolita Mountains, this curated luxury retreat blends a design-forward main home - Laguna Gardens - with a detached casita - Moon Dance Casita - offering a rare balance of shared space and complete privacy.

Inside, the aesthetic is distinctly Southwest with a refined edge - Saltillo tile floors, hand-painted Talavera details, layered textures, and warm tones create a space that feels intentional and elevated. Natural light fills the interiors, while multiple seating areas and a fireplace make it easy to gather or unwind. Both the main home and casita feature fully equipped kitchens designed for real cooking, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a full group dinner.

Sleeping arrangements
The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across two separate homes. The main house offers four king bedrooms, including two private master suites with direct access to the pool area. The casita provides a fifth king bedroom with its own kitchen, living space, and laundry - ideal for couples or guests who want additional privacy.

Outdoor living
The outdoor space is designed as a full desert experience. A private pool, spa, and waterfall create a resort-style setting surrounded by multiple lounge areas. The covered Ramada features an outdoor kitchen and dining space, while a putting green, bocce ball, and cornhole add a playful element. The casita offers its own private hot tub and patio for a more intimate setting. At night, solar-lit cactus gardens transform the property into a peaceful, immersive environment.

Work and connectivity
High-speed WiFi supports remote work across both homes, with flexible workspaces that allow for productivity without sacrificing the setting.

Location
Located in Oro Valley, the home offers quick access to Catalina State Park, the Tortolita Mountains, and a short drive to Saguaro National Park. Guests can explore hiking trails, cycling routes, golf courses, and local dining while returning to a quiet, private desert retreat.

Perfect for
Ideal for multi-family stays, groups of friends, or couples traveling together, the layout offers both connection and separation - making it easy to share the experience while maintaining personal space.
