The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across two separate homes. The main house offers four king bedrooms, including two private master suites with direct access to the pool area. The casita provides a fifth king bedroom with its own kitchen, living space, and laundry - ideal for couples or guests who want additional privacy.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. This includes all adults and children and must be adhered to at all times.

Pool is not heated in the summer

Parking
Parking is available on-site for up to 4–5 vehicles total. Please park in designated Laguna Gardens areas or along the circular drive near the main home. Do not block the garage, gates, or the casita entrance. No street parking.

Pet policy
This home is not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on the property.

This property is a private compound consisting of a main home (Laguna Gardens) and a detached guest house (Moon Dance Casita). While this listing includes exclusive use of both homes, each can also be rented separately under different listings. Please confirm your reservation details to ensure you have booked the full compound if that is your intent.

There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs and swimming pools. Guest agrees to use the hot tub and/or pool at their own risk. The Owner(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest's party when using the hot tub and/or pool. Guest who sign this agreement will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential hot tub and/or swimming pool hazards and rules.
