The good: Communication with host was efficient an friendly every time. The unit was recently refreshed or turned into a rental and everything seems very new, from fixtures to beds to sofas and oven. SUPER clean. It's a great place to stay for the cost really and comfy bedding.The not-as good: It's no secret that the property is in a pretty low-income neighborhood. None of us felt unsafe, but be advised it's a questionable area. The good thing is the front door also has both a deadbolt and a swing bar lock. We let the owner know that the showerhead needs better water pressure, and when we left the dishwasher did not seem to have power.Overall: For the cost, we would still highly recommend this property and hope the water pressure issue will be addressed.
