Modern 2BR near Tobacco Trail w/ rooftop deck

Nice clean modern space, can be a noisy area, relaxing roof terrace. Positive: The property is very new, very clean and has everything you need, with very comfortable beds. Lovely roof terrace where you can sit surrounded by trees, listening to the birds. Very peaceful. Negative: At the time of our rental there was building work happening behind the property unfortunately creating a lot of noise in the daytime. I complained and was offered a refund if I wanted to leave, which I didn’t do. I appreciate the offer but found it hard to find another rental in the short time we were there. Walls also very thin so could hear neighbours and neighbourhood noise, which was often very loud.

The place is roomy and very clean. The property is pet friendly and well stocked with everything you can need! It's close to the tobacco trail and only 20 minutes to UNC
