Sunshine Cottage + Cooper Young + 3BR

We rented this place because my granddaughter was going to St. Jude and was getting treatment for brain cancer. When we arrived the the entrance looked nice. When I went to the back bedroom and checked out the room. You could tell the floors were not cleaned. I pulled back the sheets and they were dirty. I went into the other rooms and none of the bedsheets were changed. The bathrooms were disgusting. I had to wash the sheets that night before my family could go to bed. We were there for a month and they gave us a few towels. I asked them for more, it took them 5 days to get us more. I spent a whole day trying to clean the house so we had a clean place to stay. The host stop communicating with me when requesting help with getting a refund. I kept having to reach out to him for updates. At the end of our stay he finally decided to email me back. I asked for our fees to be waived and he said he could only do the cleaning fee. I contacted VRBO after we left because I still had not received the refund that Kent and stated he would return. Surprising after I contacted VRBO he issued it. VRBO stated they could not help me because it was after the tine we stayed. I would avoid this company period. I will never use VRBO again!!!!

This Cooper-Young Vrbo was a dream. The house was charming, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The location was unbeatable – walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't wait to come back! 5 stars all the way!
