Everything was great

We did not bring pets, but would have been good for them. There were spider webs in corners and found a vape pen on the floor. The temp constantly went up to 82-84 at night. There was still plastic on the lamps, so had to unwrap to use without burning it. Then, had to search for electrical outlets that worked. Super picky things. It was ok.

Our stay at Southern Serenity in Memphis was great. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the stylish, minimal décor. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect for attending the Mempho Music Festival at the Botanical Gardens, just a short cab drive away. Whenever we had a question, the owner was prompt and helpful in responding. Overall, a lovely stay.

My Stay
Unfortunately we had continued issues with the A/C unit in the house. We contacted the property manager on a daily basis and although they were responsive and claimed to have sent someone to look at/repair the unit (were were not actually at the house during these time periods) the A/C unit NEVER function properly. The A/C unit cooled effectively during the morning and late evening hours, but in the late afternoon, early evening we could never get the house to maintain a comfortable temperature. It always ranged between 76-80 degrees inside. In addition, condensation runs off the house all day/night and appears to be causing the wood on the side of the house to rot. The messages I received stated this was "normal" for an older home, but as a home owner of a house built in the 1940s in Arizona, I know that is not the case.
