Strip View! Luxurious Studio at Palms Place - 10

Nice spot to stay just off the strip, but a bit run down Positive: Location was good, shower was hot and the water pressure was excellent. Negative: The property was run down and needs a few touch ups.

Family enjoyed the hotel amenities the room and the view ! Positive: Valet service! Everyone working valet was on point directing traffic! I’ve stayed at other hotels and dreaded coming and going in my own personal vehicle because of waiting lines but Palms Place had it locked in ! They made it easy to arrive and unload and would bring your car up fast if you needed to go off site ! The hotel is located right off the strip plenty of good food nearby and on site! Great place to take the family highly recommended and not to mention price was affordable! Pool service was great and they have a movie theater on site to leave the kids if you want to gamble a little priced lower than your average theater.

Horrible experience at the palms Positive: The outside. Negative: The room was horribly dirty and falling apart. Bugs in the room too. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Had to pay for additional towels or use three towels for 4 people over four days. Blood stains on the sheets on the pull out.

I would stay there again, I always have a great time in Vegas. Positive: I love staying at the Palms and trying the Palms Place was a good experience. Negative: The walk from the parking structure was very confusing, and long as well. The smoking smell was a bit much.

It was not cleaned prior to my check in Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything
