Positive: location great, very quiet, easy to get everywhere we wanted

It's better to stay in a hotel Positive: The flat is very spacious, comfy bed. Negative: There are two big problems with this accommodation company: 1) Hidden fees. You pay on Booking.com, but after the (non-refundable) reservation is confirmed, they request to you go under another verification step, with a 5 long pages contract and they force you to either pay extra USD 35 as "insurance" or pay USD 15 for nothing. 2) It's one of those places that charge you a USD 110 cleaning fee and still ask you to clean after yourself. Cabinets were dirty on the inside, with coffee all over the place. Laundry room was super messy. Outside area was impossible to use, too much dust.

Great 5-star condo! Clean, well appointed. Loved the hard surface floors instead of carpeting....felt much cleaner. Loved the balcony with great view- tree tops, skatepark below and beautiful city skyline views in distance! Bed was extremely comfortable! Shower was great, water hot. Appreciated the coffee and spices, etc. available in cupboards and filtered water pitcher in fridge! Only downside was that Wi-Fi connection was spotty/slow - we just ended up using our data. Excellent 5-star location! Surrounding neighborhood was lovely with large old homes and many businesses, offices. We were able to walk to Capital building, downtown/6th street, South Congress Ave, Zilker Park, UT campus and more! We did have a rental car and the gated parking that was included in total price was a big plus! Definitely recommend this place - it was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here!

Very satisfied overall. Nice property; exactly as described. It's about a mile from downtown, so we did a fair amount of walking, which was fine by us. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Love this property. Have stayed several times. If you’re up to walking you can get to campus and downtown. Clean and accurate in the listing.
