Gut geschnittenes Haus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren mehrmals Dienstleister bzw. Vermieter unangekündigt auf dem Grundstück. Durch die Nähe zu Downtown ist man in der Umgebung mit Obdachlosigkeit konfrontiert.

This was a PRIME location for visiting Austin. What a great find. Very modern with a ton of amenities. Host was very responsive, and I would stay here again.

Fantastic modern property in the middle of Austin.
Positive: The property was extremely clean and comfortable as well as being walking distance to 2nd Street and Rainy St
Negative: While the area was fine, I wouldn’t recommend walking on your own at night
