Fraudulent owner ruins our vacation Positive: The view was nice Negative: The owner included balcony access as a perk in 3 different places, advertising the room as a balcony suite, and then deceptively hid at the end of a long paragraph in the “important information” section that the balcony actually was off limits. Owner refused to refund or partial refund.

I booked his room and paid. He accepted my payment. He then added another off site regulation. He wanted me to pay another $500 deposit and go through a 2nd verification process exposing my credit card information to a 3rd party site. I cancelled and he would not accept it. Moved the goal posts. A scam as far as I am concerned because he ACCEPTED my payment beforehand. VRBO was no help. This type of business practice has no business on VRBO or any other rental site. I never stayed there but was charged for it.

Positive: Location Negative: No towels where in the unit heat didn’t work

We had a great time. Property is exactly as specified and this is my second stay. Love the convenience and parking of the Palms Place with the direct to the Palms casino and all it has to offer. The small kitchenette is perfect for stocking up on snacks and happy hours while watching football on 2 large TVs. Will def be back.
