A great apartment with wonderful views, good facilities and good location. Highly recommend to all travellers. Positive: It was clean tidy and roomy. Good location and excellent communication from hosts. Best accomodation on this trip by far. Negative: Nothing. We liked everything.

Super Lage und sehr zu empfehlen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Positive: Das Apartment befindet sich zentral in Austin in der 18. Etage und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Colardo River sowie die Skyline von Austin. Es ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad sowie einen eigenen Balkon. Ein Parkplatz für 33 Dollar am Tag befindet sich direkt neben der Unterkunft. Unzählige Bars, Cafés, Foodtrucks befinden sich fussläufig in der Nähe. Zum Riverwalk sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Negative: Der Check-Out bis spätestens 10 Uhr ist etwas früh.

Great location, view and spaciousness, but otherwise meh. Positive: The location was the best thing about the place. We were able to walk to the Congress Street Bridge to see the bats. Also Rainey Street was even closer, with lots of food options and bars. As far as the unit, we loved the view and the spaciousness. Lots of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Negative: We saw a huge cockroach in the main bathroom and another one running under the living room couch. The hosts did nothing about this when we contacted them. The unit wasn't stocked with coffee, creamer or water. The light switches were a pain to figure out. The beds were not very comfortable -- flat mattresses and the pillows are tall and too fluffy. Bring your own pillows if you can. Overall this place is overpriced for the amenities inside. You're paying for location and view.

Positive: As advertised, nice location to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed walking along river in the morning. Negative: Nothing.

3 of us stayed here for a conference in Feb 2024. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the convention center, and you walk through Rainey Street on the way. Great food and night life! The condo is comfortably furnished and features glass walls and 2 balconies. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the rowers on the lake. Sunsets are fantastic! The kitchen is sparsely furnished, so bring what you need beyond the basics. Bathrooms are spacious and toiletries were available. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The building was quiet and felt safe. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but nothing that inconvenienced or irritated. The rooftop pool and sitting areas should be enjoyed! We huddled by the fire after an evening out and watched the stars on a cold, clear night. Overall, this is where we will book again when we return next year.
